Login & Security
Access to the system is provided through two different portals:
- Doctor/Staff Login: You log in to the panel with your assigned username and password.
- Patient Login: Your patients access the "Patient Portal" securely using their mobile phone numbers.

Setup: Service Settings
This is the heart of the system. Define the treatments you offer and their prices here.
- Go to the "Settings" or "Services" tab from the menu.
- Click the Add New Service button.
- Enter the Treatment Name, Price Range, and Average Duration.
Important: The duration you set here (e.g., 30 mins) will reserve that much time on the appointment calendar. Accurate input prevents scheduling conflicts.

Working Hours & Calendar
Configure your shifts so patients only see when you are actually available.
- Click on "Working Plan" (Calendar) from the menu.
- Switch to the "Time Settings" tab.
- Toggle on the days you work and define your hours (e.g., 09:00 - 17:00).
- Once saved, only empty slots within these hours will be visible on the patient portal.

Patient Management
Keep your patients in secure digital files.
- New Patient: Use the quick add button to create a patient profile by just entering a Name and Phone Number.
- Patient Details: Click on a name in the list to view past treatments, prescriptions, and upcoming appointments on a single page.

Financial Management
Keep your clinic's income and expense balance under control.
- Income: Every completed appointment is automatically reflected in the daily revenue.
- Expenses: Go to the "Expenses" page to enter costs like Rent, Bills, or Material Purchases.
- Reporting: You can see your Net Profit/Loss status instantly on the main Dashboard.

Staff Management
Include your team in the system.
- Go to the "Staff" page from the menu.
- You can add a Secretary, Nurse, or Assistant Doctor.
- By entering the staff's salary information, you can ensure it is automatically reflected in expense items.

Patient Portal (Booking Wizard)
This feature reduces your phone traffic by 80%!
- When your patients log in, they see a "Create New Appointment" button.
- They select the treatment and their preferred Doctor -> They see only the EMPTY slots you defined.
- They book with one click.
- The appointment instantly drops onto your screen. It remains in "Pending" status until you approve it.
The system never shows patients the hours you closed in the "Working Plan".
